- PensionDanmark in connection with the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from Coop for approx. DKK 1 billion.
- Matter Real Estate with the building of a portfolio worth more than DKK 2 billion, consisting of approx. 800 rental properties through the joint venture company Velkomn Denmark
- Northern Horizon in the acquisition of 6 care homes from NREP for DKK 1.5 billion
- Danica Ejendomme in the acquisition of a large office property on Vester Søgade close to the Lakes in central Copenhagen for DKK 600 million
- ATP Ejendomme and PensionDanmark in the sale of four Magasin department stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense and Lyngby for approx. 4.5 billion
- Udviklingsselskabet CØ P/S, a joint venture between Danica Ejendomme, Nordkranen and Unionkul, with the development of the Paper Island (in Danish: Papirøen) for over DKK 3 billion
- PensionDanmark in the sale of four Danish courthouses with a total area of over 21,000 sqm for a three-digit million DKK sum (in four mid-size cities)
- PensionDanmark in connection with the construction of Hotel- og Restaurantskolen including the development of a campus and residences in Valby with a total area of 38,548 sqm and an investment sum of DKK 1 billion
- Danica Pension with the ongoing development of the prestigious new office and residential CBD (central business district) area Postbyen in central Copenhagen, including development and lease agreements of two significant tower blocks with hotel developer edyn (previously SACO), a contract with KPC for a new tower block project worth DKK 2 billion and the construction of Danske Bank’s new domicile
