Bruun & Hjejle advised PensionDanmark in connection with the acquisition of the properties located at Ørestads Boulevard 41 and Ørestads Boulevard 45 from Skanska A/S.
The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 30,000 sqm and are leased to Sweco, Norlys and the Ibis Styles hotel.
