Bruun & Hjejle has advised Udviklingsselskabet Carlsberg Byen P/S on the sale of 15 parking facilities located throughout Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen to Nordic infrastructure investor Infranode.
The transaction was structured as a share sale, with 100% of the shares in Carlsberg Byen Parkering P/S and Komplementar Carlsberg Byen Parkering ApS transferred to Infranode.
Udviklingsselskabet Carlsberg Byen P/S is responsible for the development of Carlsberg Byen, one of Copenhagen’s major urban development areas.
