Joint venture between Danica Ejendomme and DSB signs a turnkey contract with 5E Byg A/S
Bruun & Hjejle has advised P/S Downtown CBD, a joint venture between Danica Ejendomme and DSB Ejendomsudvikling, on the organization of the bidding process and the execution of a turnkey contract with 5E Byg regarding Project Downtown.
The project represents the third and final phase of the development of Postbyen near Copenhagen Central Station, which has transformed the former postal district into a new, mixed-use neighborhood featuring residential, commercial, and green public spaces—a project in which Bruun & Hjejle has had the pleasure of being involved for many years.
Project Downtown comprises four buildings totaling 26,000 square meters, featuring private residences, public housing, youth housing, and commercial spaces. Phase 3 of the Postbyen development represents a total investment volume of DKK 1.1 billion. The project is scheduled for completion in 2029.
