New joint venture between PensionDanmark Ejendomme and CapMan Real Estate
We have advised PensionDanmark Ejendomme in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with CapMan Real Estate for the development of approximately 500 new residential units in Gartnerbyen, Rødovre.
The project marks a new collaboration between PensionDanmark Ejendomme and CapMan Real Estate and comprises the construction of approximately 42,500 square metres of residential development across five development plots acquired from the Municipality of Rødovre. The residential area will include recreational spaces as well as an attractive urban environment with cafés and retail units, contributing to the development of a new, vibrant district in Rødovre.
