Thomas Skjellerup is an experienced adviser in financial transactions and advises lenders and borrowers on complex financings in the Danish and international markets.
With his broad international experience in financial transactions, Thomas Skjellerup advises lenders and borrowers on a range of debt products, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, project financing, real estate and asset financing, and bond issuances.
Thomas Skjellerup frequently assists clients in complex cross-border transactions, both as lead counsel and local counsel.
He regularly works on restructurings and has strong knowledge of the Danish financing market.
