We advised Hines on the sale of the 25hours Hotel property in central Copenhagen, near the Round Tower, to Urban Partners.
Bruun & Hjejle also advised Hines on the purchase of the property back in 2018, and we have assisted Hines in connection with the development of the property into a hotel, retail, and residential complex. In addition to the 25hours Hotel, the property also houses retail tenants such as NIKE, Søstrene Grene, and Build-a-Bear, as well as residential units.
