Humac continues under new ownership

Bruun & Hjejle has advised Jacob Andersen on the acquisition of certain assets and activities from C&C Denmark A/S, which entered restructuring proceedings in August.

The transaction will see key parts of Humac A/S's business continue, including selected stores, majority of employees, its B2B business and humac.dk.
