Alma Property Partners and Midstar acquire five Danish hotels
Bruun & Hjejle has advised Alma Property Partners and Midstar on their joint acquisition of a portfolio of five Danish hotels from Pandox, with a total property value of approximately DKK 1.2 billion.
The portfolio comprises Motel One Copenhagen, Scandic Sluseholmen, Scandic Hvidovre, Scandic Glostrup and Scandic Kolding, representing a total of 928 rooms and approximately 46,000 sqm of lettable area.
The acquisition is made through Alma’s fourth value-add real estate fund, Alma IV, with Midstar as co-investor and responsible for ongoing asset management. The new owners plan to further develop the properties through targeted investments in close collaboration with the hotel operators.
The transaction reflects continued investor interest in the Danish hotel market, particularly in Copenhagen, where strong demand and established hotel operators continue to attract investment.
