Bruun & Hjejle has assisted Udviklingsselskabet CØ P/S (CØPS), a joint venture between Danica Ejendomme, Nordkranen Ejendomsudviklingsselskab and Unionkul Udviklingsejendomme, in connection with the sale of a number of commercial halls on Papirøen, Copenhagen.
The divested property comprises a total area of approximately 3,000 m² distributed across three commercial halls.
