Bruun & Hjejle has advised the property company Stejlepladsen P/S, a joint venture consisting of By & Havn and PFA Ejendomme, on the continuation of the collaboration with Sjælsø Management ApS regarding the realisation of Stejlepladsen Phases 2 and 3.
Phases 2 and 3 encompass the construction of 574 homes, comprising both public and private buildings.
