Bruun & Hjejle has advised PensionDanmark in connection with the acquisition of the property at Gammel Køge Landevej 39 and 45 in Valby.
The entire property is leased to Copenhagen Municipality and has a leasable area of approximately 30,000 m² spread across two buildings.
