New Hilton hotel near Copenhagen Airport

The project is part of a new multi-year strategic development agreement between Scandic Hotels Group and Hilton covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

The full-service hotel will have 284 rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting and event facilities, a wellness area, a gym and an executive lounge overlooking the Øresund. Scandic will lease the property from Skanska and operate it under a franchise agreement with Hilton, and it is expected to open in 2029.
