Frederik André Bork has significant experience with complex competition law issues and transactions. He advises on merger notifications and has been involved in several of the most notable EU cases concerning abuse of dominant position.
Frederik André Bork also represents clients in extensive and multi-jurisdictional damages claims relating to competition infringements as well as in connection with cartel investigations. In addition, he works with public procurement law.
As a former head of department at the Danish Competition Authority (the Department for Industry, Transport and Energy), Frederik André Bork has in-depth knowledge of the authorities' administrative procedures and decision-making processes.
