Søren Zinck is one of the country's prominent figures in competition law and handles complex and precedent-setting cases before both the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Danish courts.
Søren Zinck specialises in all aspects of competition law, including in Danish and international cases on merger control, abuse of dominant position, cartels, distribution strategies, damages, penalty and state aid.
He regularly litigates before the European Court of Justice and the Danish courts, and during recent years, he has litigated several of the major, leading Danish competition cases.
