- Advised Christiansholms Ø P/S, a joint venture between Danica Ejendomme, Nordkranen and Unionkul, in the sale of a 25hours hotel under construction on the Paper Island in the Copenhagen Harbour
- Advised Orange Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of a property portfolio of approximately 110,000 sqm from NREP
- Advised PensionDanmark in the construction of Copenhagen Hospitality College (Hotel- og Restaurantskolen), including the development of a campus area with student apartments
