AP Ejendomme and CapMan in joint acquisition of Hotel Scandic Webers
Bruun & Hjejle has advised AP Ejendomme and CapMan, on their joint acquisition of Hotel Scandic Webers in central Copenhagen from Danish real estate company Jeudan.
The hotel comprises 152 rooms across approximately 7,400 sqm.
The transaction follows the recent acquisition of Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen and reflects continued investor interest in Copenhagen's hotel market, driven by growing visitor numbers and the city's increasingly strong position as a leading Nordic destination.
