Velux production facilities change hands
Bruun & Hjejle have advised Logistea AB (publ), the Swedish listed real estate company, on its acquisition of a significant property portfolio in the Triangle Region of Jutland, Denmark, valued at DKK 665 million.
The portfolio comprises approximately 131,000 sqm and houses production facilities for Velux A/S, whose history in Østbirk dates back to the 1940s. The properties are fully leased to Velux under long-term lease agreements. The acquisition doubles Logistea's presence in the Danish market. Following the transaction, Velux will account for approximately 7% of Logistea's total rental income.
