Søren Danelund Reipurth advises on intellectual property law in both litigation and commercial transactions and has extensive litigation experience before the higher courts.

Søren Danelund Reipurth has broad experience in IP but specialises particularly in trade marks, designs, domain names, copyright and marketing. Søren also advises on IP in relation to IP-heavy transactions.

Søren Danelund Reipurth has conducted a number of landmark IP cases before the Maritime and Commercial High Court, the High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Søren Danelund Reipurth holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in intellectual property law from the University of Melbourne and has rights of audience before the Supreme Court.
