Nrep and AG Gruppen acquire FLSmidth’s headquarters

Bruun & Hjejle has advised a joint venture between Nrep and AG Gruppen in connection with the acquisition of FLSmidth’s iconic headquarters, which has been centrally located in Valby since 1956.

The property comprises nearly 72,000 square metres of development rights and is expected to be transformed into a new, mixed-use urban district. The development will include various types of residential units and modern office facilities, while preserving the distinctive red brick buildings.
