KLP acquires a residential project in Sydhavn
Bruun & Hjejle have advised KLP on the acquisition of Nordre Teglkaj 12-46 in Copenhagen's Sydhavn for DKK 690 million from Patrizia.
The property was built in 2016 and comprises approximately 12,500 sqm across 127 apartments and townhouses.
KLP is Norway's largest pension company, and this is their first residential investment in Denmark.
