Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to open in Copenhagen
We have advised Thylander A/S, KanAm Grund Group and an investment fund held by a German pension scheme in connection with the agreement for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to operate a new luxury hotel in Danske Bank's former headquarters on Laksegade in Copenhagen.
The hotel will be Four Seasons' first in the Nordic region and forms part of a larger urban development project that will transform Danske Bank's former headquarters into a mixed-use destination comprising a hotel, offices and retail, with a focus on opening the property and surrounding area to the public.
The redevelopment represents a significant transformation of one of Copenhagen's landmark properties and will introduce one of the world's leading luxury hotel brands to the Danish market for the first time.
