Bruun & Hjejle advises Thylander on acquisition of 217 residential units in Vallensbæk and Hvidovre
Bruun & Hjejle has advised Thylander in connection with TGP VIII's acquisition of two residential properties in Vallensbæk and Hvidovre as part of the fund's full investment.
The two transactions comprise a total of 217 residential units located in Vallensbæk and Hvidovre. The properties form part of a portfolio of four investments completed by Thylander on behalf of TGP VIII.
With the latest acquisitions, the fund is now fully invested, with a portfolio comprising 318 residential units across more than 25,000 square metres in the Greater Copenhagen area.
