AkademikerPension acquires 100 residential units in Vejle from joint venture partner NPV
We have advised AkademikerPension on the acquisition of NPV’s stake in Gammelhavn, where, following several years of joint development, AkademikerPension is now acquiring full ownership of the first phase.
Bruun & Hjejle has advised AkademikerPension in connection with the acquisition of NPV’s stake in a joint venture between NPV and AkademikerPension.
The transaction comprises 100 fully let rental properties, which form the first phase of the Gammelhavn district in Vejle. Following the transaction, AkademikerPension will become the sole owner of the property.
Gammelhavn is a major urban development on the site of the former post office in Vejle, where NPV and AkademikerPension have jointly developed the first phase of the project over the past few years.
