Turnkey contract signed for the Laksegade Quarter
A major milestone has been reached in the development of the new Laksegade Quarter in Copenhagen, as a turnkey contract has just been signed with NCC. We are proud that Bruun & Hjejle has assisted Thylander and KanAm Grund Group in this regard, representing the German pension fund Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe.
The turnkey contract covers the first phase of one of the most prominent transformation projects in inner Copenhagen, in the area that previously served as the headquarters of Danske Bank.
The project encompasses the transformation of a total of approximately 50,000 square metres and will be developed over the coming years into a new urban quarter featuring offices, a hotel, restaurants, shops, and new public spaces.
