Niam acquires 128 residential units in Nordhavn
Bruun & Hjejle advised Niam throughout the entire process in connection with the acquisition of an attractive residential portfolio at Marmormolen in Nordhavn, including legal due diligence, negotiation of the transaction documents and completion of the transaction.
The portfolio comprises 128 apartments across six buildings constructed in 2016. The transaction has a value of close to DKK 1 billion and was completed following an efficient process spanning just a few months.
