Dades Erhverv sells property on Gl. Kongevej for hundreds of million

The property consists of three connected buildings with a total area of almost 9,000 sqm and contains both residential and commercial buildings. The buyer is the pension company Akademikerpension, a member-owned pension fund for 150,000 academics.
