Bruun & Hjejle advises Kirk Kapital Strategic Investments on acquisition of control in European Stonecraft

Kirk Kapital Strategic Investments has been an investor in European Stonecraft since 2020 and will, through the transaction, acquire the remaining shares in the company and obtain full control. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.

European Stonecraft is a group of companies headquartered in Nørre Snede, Denmark, specialising in natural stone products and related services. The group's core business is the sale of gravestones, supported by a nationwide presence in Denmark and a growing presence in northern Germany.

In addition to its core activities, European Stonecraft provides sandstone restoration services for historic buildings, stone processing and bronze decoration, serving customers across a range of specialised markets.
