The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to finance and refinance eligible projects under European Energy's Green Finance Framework, supporting the company's continued investment in renewable energy projects.

Earlier this year, Bruun & Hjejle also advised European Energy on three tap issues of its green senior bonds due 2028, increasing the total issue size to EUR 210 million.

The latest transaction marks another milestone in European Energy's ongoing green financing activities and reflects the company's continued focus on supporting the transition to renewable energy through sustainable financing.
