Altor divests Hamlet Protein

Bruun & Hjejle has advised Altor Fund IV in connection with its agreement to divest Hamlet Protein, a leading provider of specialty soy-based ingredients for young animal nutrition, to Royal Agrifirm Group, a Dutch cooperative with a strong global presence in agricultural solutions.
